I took over HERMANN'S leadership as a Co-CEO and worked hand-in-hand with Verena Bahlsen and the Bahlsen Board, with the goal to transition her restaurant startup into the new leadership structure, as internal R&D department, reporting to the newly found Bahlsen CEO, Phil Rumbol.
