Hella Gutmann Solutions (HGS) is a Mittelstand company — leading provider of car diagnostics solutions in Europe (acquired by Hella).

In 2019, based on the #NewMittelstand dual-innovation approach, we co-created a digital roadmap to implement the HGS Strategy 2025. Now, I am working with HGS on implementing it, jointly with Philipp Niemann (Head of Strategy & Business Development), reporting directly to Rolf Kunold (CEO).

Since 2020, I am also holding a few interim positions:

- Change/Project Manager Cloud Design & Development (Cloud D&D - the newly created business unit responsible for development of Horizon 2/3 business innovation)
